We’re shipping the remaining payout rails, tax filings, and bank connections in stages; your subscription tier already covers the capability so you’re not nickeled for a separate ‘payroll add-on’ when it’s fully live.

On the **Brazil** market, expect Brazilian fiscal context (NF-e / ISS / Simples with your accountant). Laws change; your licensed tax pro signs off.

Monthly plans are charged on the same day each month based on your signup date. Yearly plans are charged once upfront for the full 12-month term and renew automatically on the anniversary date.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for yearly plans. All payments are processed securely with PCI-compliant encryption.

Your subscription price is locked in for as long as you stay on the same plan and billing cycle. If we update pricing for new customers, existing customers keep their current rate at renewal.

You can cancel anytime in two clicks from Settings → Billing — no phone calls, no retention scripts. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months, but you keep access through the period you paid for. For yearly plans, we offer a prorated refund within the first 30 days if USADIO isn't the right fit.

Your data stays available in read-only mode for 60 days after cancellation so you can export quotes, invoices, clients, and reports. After 60 days the account is permanently deleted. You can reactivate anytime within that window with no data loss.

Each plan has a fixed seat count: Lite 1, Core 3, Connect 5, Grow 10. There is no unlimited-seat plan. If you outgrow Grow, contact us for an Enterprise pack—we’ll quote additional seats and services for your rollout.

No — every plan includes unlimited quotes, invoices, jobs, and clients. We don't believe in usage caps that punish you for growing.

USADIO Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction and 1% (capped at $8) for ACH. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no hidden costs — same rates on every plan.

Core and Connect include generous monthly AI credits for quote drafting, message replies, and summaries — enough for typical service businesses. Grow includes unlimited AI usage plus custom automations. If you ever approach your limit, we'll notify you in-app.
